Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We want to make it right and will review each case individually.
Returns (Non-Personalized Items)
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-personalized items, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Exception:
If there is a spelling error in the personalization that does not match the information provided at checkout, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item.

Return shipping costs will be covered for verified personalization errors.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
